Getting her started

Well we were at my brothers house the other day and sam put Kayla in front of the piano and she went at it. She was laughing and having a blast banging on the keys.I think she's gonna be a natural.

Sam's art published!

Well something thats pretty cool that has happened lately is Sam did the art for the cover of a book called Strife of the Lorin about a year and a half ago. Well the book got published and The author of it sent Sam a copy with a little thank you message in the back. I just thought it was kinda neat.

A whole lot of changes..

Well a couple things have changed in the last month or so. We have officially moved back to California which is great cause now were back around a majority of our family and friends. The hard part is starting all over again, but we think it's worth it. Now with the little munchkin she has cut her first two teeth(which was horrible I might add), started crawling, and saying DA DA all at about six months.

Pioneer Day !

Well today was a fun day. We went down to our stake center and joined in the fun for pioneer day. It was really cool they had A fire truck blow water all over the park (field)all the kids and parents were running in it and playing, they also had all kinds of fun stuff to make and play with. My poor little Kayla !

Well two nights ago Kayla was sitting with her grandma and she started choking on her saliva and lost her breath for a couple second then about twenty minutes later did it again. So needless to say last night was a sleepless night for mom. Every time I heard her move or make noise I woke up. I figured she's been teething because she has been really fussy this last month and drooling a ton. This morning I made her a Dr. Appt. and found out that she has acid reflux, and she was choking on the acid coming back up in her throat. Poor thing this has been going on for about a month now and I just figured she was teething. I've never even heard of babies having acid reflux, but at least now we know and I have medicine for her now.

Well were back in Vegas for about four more weeks while Sam does his summer school job, and boy is it hot. Today it was about 114 degrees and at night it cools off to a whopping 104. It's never below 100 degrees here at night. Sure do miss those cool California nights. Today we took Kayla bowling for the first time, anything to stay inside the air conditioning. We went with my parents grandpa and grandma French. It was a fun and cool. Sure do miss everyone in California!
